fellow law bros, this is amazing
Opps wrong thread…
Something else I forgot to add to my priviledge tab. When I was 15 I was caught stealing like $800 worth of stuff from Marvin’s department store I believe. I was chased, never handcuffed, nothing. Parents called and they said you owe us money which my parents never paid LOL. Literally nothing on my record
Again I wasn’t even middle class I was poor and both of my parents were addicts and dealers
Don’t know if this has been posted.
Warning: Highly disturbing content

Very disturbing video, but the tweet doesn’t accurately describe what the cops were responding to. Apparently the guy had a BB gun and was pointing it at people and they responded to that. Don’t know if the cops knew it was a BB gun or not, but if not they may have had reason to believe this guy was a mortal threat. I hate having to stand up for these fuckers, so I’d like to send a big FUCK YOU to Mr. Doucette for re-tweeting this with a misleading description of what led up to the encounter.
I think one of the stories mentioned that cops were called out a couple of times for this guy and his BB gun so if that’s the case I’m guessing they knew who he was.
It was a straight up execution if that’s true.
He’s at 60 WAR through 22 seasons. Pretty marginal, Kieth Hernandez is also right around 60 WAR in 17 seasons, was a Yankee, and also isn’t in the HoF.
Ok so reread the story. The shooting happened in 2019 and he was arrested in 2016 for shooting a BB gun because he wanted to kill pidgeons. So you can’t assume he doesn’t have a real gun now, wasn’t that recent. He was running around with an axe 5 months before being killed and cops took him down with the 40mm rubber bullet. Also I think this shooting shows how cops are trigger happy. The 1st cop fired the rubber bullet in this instance but half a second later the other cops unload with the real bullets.
Dude was passed out.
They had to yell a few times to even wake his ass up.
They could have put him in custody without unloading 18 rounds.
He had a long history of mental health issues.
Police departments that have officers trained specifically to handle mental health calls have seen a dramatic decrease in suspect shootings.
Keith Hernandez never played for the Yankees, but had a good few seasons with the Seinfelds.
I dabbled in shoplifting in a team of three where I was the only white guy. Once they were detained for playing with bouncy balls while I just rolled a cart out.
You should pound pressure on VCU you have a chance of getting them to respond. I’ll send an email.
Cops should be tried for murder here IMO. Totally agree that they are trigger happy and this situation could have been resolved with minimal force. Also, did one of those pigs unload with a machine gun?
lol I think I thought he played for the Yankees for a while because of Seinfeld and the Costanza Yankee storyline.
Some levity for the thread. Georgia peeps will get it.
Background: Atlanta mass transit, MARTA, doesn’t go up to Cobb County. The reason is racism. It’s not as much so now, but back in the day, the white people in Cobb didn’t want the black “riff-raff” from Atlanta being able to hop on a train and come up here because…reasons?
Meanwhile lynching legislation fails in congress because reasons.
