Honestly, not that I would ever be a cop or soldier, but I would be pretty damned pissed off with anybody jawboning in my face from 6" away considering the current circumstances. They should be moved behind the fence or as a last resort wearing N95s.

Over here in the SAS it’s used for training purposes, off and on the field, it’s part of just how far you’ll be humiliated while still standing strong.

Week long Salt Lake City curfew has been lifted by the mayor. Cops still very visible at the Capitol and yellow caution tape rings the whole damn complex. There are some protestors hanging out across the street on the lawns. It’s quiet. Like a bunch of people just hanging out having a picnic.
They’re literally trying deprogramming techniques in washington. Yelling and love in equal measure.

Heard all the other police departments pulled out of atlanta because the officers were charged.
@microbet is so right. Abolish the police. The rebuild. Fire 100% of them and start over.

prepare yourself for looks/comments/concerns/etc. from white people maybe, but lol at thinking black people are gonna catch feelings… like if a black person was wearing a ‘white lives matter’ shirt are you gonna attack him/her or whatever?

It’s not like I don’t think there needs to be some kind of defense against people who would prey on others. But, it’s not just fire cops and hire new ones. Not that you’re saying this, but just sayin - it’s not really about the personnel. Put randos in their position and you’re just doing the Stanford Prison Experiment.
You know, I almost feel sorry for the fucking 19yos that the military decided to put on the front line of this. They don’t have the maturity to deal with this. Should have stayed behind the fence.
