You stated he should be “making bank for bad faith filings” That’s now how criminal cases work… First of all, he’s a criminal defense attorney, he’s not getting civil judgments. Second of all, he’s sure as shit not getting civil judgments against prosecutors who have absolute prosecutorial immunity.
