I’m not sure it’s murder in a legal sense, definitely manslaughter and worthy of the max sentence for manslaughter, or close to it. Think 10-20 years is appropriate, trending toward the latter. Other cops should get at least a criminal negligence causing death charge, unsure what kind of sentencing, 1-5 years I suppose

Actually, the cops seem to do a very good job of finding black people to hassle without anyone calling them.
If you want to look at precedent and wonder if this is really looking like something absolutely new, in 1992 there were 3600 fires, 1100 buildings burned down and 12k arrests in LA. (I was arrested in Oakland)
