ICM doesn’t really matter if sufficiently early in a tournament. The 3bet is terrible. The call is at least defensible once we account for everything else in the hand being terrible.
I suppose there’s some argument for gambling if you’re not feeling great and want to either build up a stack or bust out, but Q2o is not the hand I would choose. Not sure if I would raise even if I had a live tell on the button.
Calling the all-in is the only reasonable play he made here. Like if you quantom leaped into his body after his opponent moved all in you should call.

I disagree. It sounds like he is calling off his last 15 bb in a spot where his best outcome is he might be getting close to odds not accounting for tournament survival. I guess if there are rebuys that would change things.
I’d be curious to see a tournament pro weigh in here. I don’t think they call in this spot.

Interesting if they’ll allow him to have it on himself or the rail during the stream. My friend was at a FT this summer and they did not allow the rail to have an Israeli flag either on him or in the rail. He was allowed to photograph with it after he won.
