With a shorty at that table I guess he just decided avoid any dicey spots to get that $200k ladder and make the official final table. Easy to call someone a nit but I canât really blame anyone for doing that. Those pay jumps are getting very significant.

Not sure the exact details (positions) but big stack opens UTG, Tamayo in UTG3 or UTG4 folds QQ on 19bb. 10 handed and Coelho had like 6-7bb stack.
The people who default to âICM Correct play is to be as nitty as possibleâ are defending it. I think shoving is too overwhelmingly positive chip EV to be a fold there.
That seems like a spot you just have to call getting such good pot odds. At worst youâve got like 25% equity getting 5:1.
