They’re all 100% cheating but it’s hard not to join in when you know the people you are playing with are cause it’s all about that edge in this game. I’m guilty of using a HUD but nothing else that isn’t from my brain or location which is what the game of poker purely should be. It’s hard to enforce some of these though.
There’s levels of cheating of course whether people get vilified for it or not. Ie your multi accountings or potrippers or other stuff.
If it’s against TOS, then it’s technically cheating. If it wasn’t against TOS, I wouldn’t say that any of them are cheating.
In terms of scumminess when against TOS, Buying HH is clearly on top. Euros VPNing to Bovada and replacing US fish at my tables have cost me a ton of money, but using a HUD confers a small unfair advantage within the game. I would totally VPN and feel fine about it if the benefit/risk was good enough so I can’t actually think it’s that bad. Static preflop charts shouldn’t be against TOS, because it’s not really gonna benefit anyone who isn’t a noob trying to get better, plus it is entirely unenforceable.

I’ve said he is good at using his image to get people to donate him chips.
If he wasn’t a huge asshole that made him famous he doesn’t win a large number of his bracelets.
No one in the 10ks is donating him because of his image. His success in recent wsops mostly came in the higher buy-ins
