How fat is 17% bodyfat? Any estimate what he’d need to be weight-wise to ship? <200 I assume?
I think DEXA scans usually report a higher body fat % than traditional methods but I don’t know how different the numbers are. With non DEXA methods 17% is nothing crazy and should be doable for a majority of men. If the spread is really wide and 17% is more comparable to like 10-12% with traditional methods then you’re getting into lean/ripped/fit as fuck territory.

Polk lost his body fat bet to Perkins, I guess it was a lot lower than 17%, but still, look at Polk. He looks like the Martians from the Jack Nicholson Mars Attacks movie with the tiny body and huge head, since my mind is I guess subconsciously comparing it to his earlier body size.
Like Polk is skinny-shredded.
