Poker News and Live Streams - HU4LOLLZ

I just don’t understand what purpose it serves. If you are trying to convince people with your research, you’re going to need to provide some citations or sources other than, here’s some quotes from an email some guy that said he knows one of the people sent me.

None of this is ever going to court unless the casino persues it.

It’s wild that you guys are looking for vetted info and hard evidence, not how these things work

People eat up verbose stuff like that if it is nicely formatted with links and appears “sourced”. Hell I made a career out of it.

Without a confession a lawsuit has 0% chance. The Postle one got thrown out.

Ehhh, somewhat but not a ton, not as much as other things we already knew. It’s a piece of a puzzle that makes sense in the context of the rest to paint the picture that we were already heading towards.

No new evidence? Wut. There’s plenty there.

Let’s start with beanz conflicting statements on how well he knows her combined with him saying she makes “strange calls and minclicks.”

So far they’ve been making the worst decision possible at every point in the process in which they’ve been confronted with no accusations/info. My guess is they smoked some of it out, and they wanted to rattle them more to get them to continue making more insanely bad decisions.

He mentioned he has a legal team, so evidently he thinks this is going to wind up in court or at least he thinks it could.

If he presses charges or takes them to court, he’s going to be a hero for it. Cheaters so rarely go down, and the community very much needs these assholes to go down for this. Streams are HUGE for the poker economy. See: Mr. Beast, Botez, Ninja, etc. Imagine how many people get into poker because of them.

If they don’t go down for this, and if stream houses don’t make major changes to inspire confidence in their security, the streams are toast.

whoever graydot is on 2p2 nailed it:

“garret: i was cheated!
boss legal team: but you have no evidence
garret: but I was cheated! what can I do to make my bangwagon bigger?
boss legal team: lets talk **** about the “alleged” cheaters, make sure to be super vague and tldr”

Our stable genius hero has quite a case when he takes this to court.

"She called with J high your honor. Yes she was more likely to lose than win when she called but she had 17k worth of EV tho. And yes she gave me the money back when I threatened to out her as a cheater, but then a member of the HCL staff stole 15k off her stack after the stream had ended.

Case closed"

If Garret is concerned about keeping streamed games alive, he has played this about as poorly as possible.

Proof we are not living in a simulation is he won with Q7s, not J4o.

this is wild

Garrett’s statement has plenty of relevant, circumstantial information.

Really bizarre it is being downplayed. We are not in a courtroom. I don’t think Garrett was out of line, whatsoever.

These assholes literally confessed right there at the table. And then did subsequent interviews where they further impugned his character.

Persons looks like a real ass right now with his subsequent shit talk in later sessions.

Q7 is the computer hand tho, so I think it could still play an important role in many iterations of the sim.

It would be so hard to convince people who don’t even know how poker works that there is cheating. I was reading a mainstream take on twitter about this and there were so many completely terrible takes by average people who probably played poker once or twice in a home game. Even the math expert had a take that was supposedly backed by math but it was also just wrong.
