If someone showed me that video without having prepped me with “there’s a cheating device in her pocket”, I would not think anything of it.

I don’t see anything in that video. The screenshot of the supposed device was from later in the stream, the theories around it center on her moving it after being accused. IMO that video confirms there is nothing in her pants at that point in time.
What is the time stamp for the screenshot?
If she is innocent, which I think is overwhelmingly likely, I’m really feeling bad for her. I know what it’s like to be accused of something with no way to exonerate yourself. When my first wife and I split up, she had (unbeknownst to me) told our entire friend group that I beat her. All of a sudden, I found myself exiled from the group, and I just assumed that it was because they sided with her in the breakup. From my perspective I had become pariah for no good reason.
The only way that I found out the reason for this is that my ex was especially close with one of the wives, and my ex drunkenly confided to her that she had made the whole thing up to ruin my life, thinking that she was a confidante and ally. Luckily the lady was horrified by this and cleared my name with the group, and I am still friends with a lot of them 30 years later. It would have been so easy for my ex to keep her mouth shut, so I got very lucky that she was so stupid about this. I had no defense for this otherwise, I mean, what woman lies about being abused? It probably almost never happens.

Wait, under this theory, the timeline is:
- use a vibrating signaling device in some hands
- eventually get accused of cheating
- DON’T get rid of the device or put in in a bag, but DO move the device to another part of your body that happens to be more visible to the cameras that are livestreaming a game that is now being more closely monitored because you’ve already been accused of cheating???

The fact that they only show a screenshot and not a video seems very sus. Going to look to see if I can find the video where they grabbed the screenshot.

Here is a tip that I found out about Discourse forums recently (the software we use to run this): If you post a link in the thread, it will actually warn you if the link has already been posted. For example, I pasted this below and in the preview window to the right it mentions that yuv already posted it. Also, a link to the source rather than a screenshot is helpful because screenshots can be modified and the original source text can be searched in thread.

Again, my position is cheating is likely and I don’t have a strong take on which method. I think evidence towards each should be noted and held onto. So I’m not saying I’m highly confident in the vibration theory but I think it’s worth keeping tabs on.
That said, a few rebuttals to what you laid out. One is this camera angle is a secondary angle that I don’t think they cut to often, so she may not realize it’s visible. Another is the device could have shifted if it’s not in a pocket, it could have been more hidden and shifted from her movements. Third, I could see her not wanting to throw away her phone if that’s what it is. Stupid, but possible.
I don’t think the vibrating device in her pants is super likely to be the thing here, and I don’t think those rebuttals make it super likely, but I do think it’s plausible and I do think that whoever is looking into this should be making notes of the incidents that could support potential methods of cheating, and then seeing if anything connects or not.
That’s fair, I think they said in Only Friends about how long after the initial hand it was, so that might help you find it.
