If you go back to this thread on the poker bunny stuff, my thoughts were “her markup is a gigantic scam, she’s not good and people doing crazy markup is bad for the game” then Clovis white knighted her like he does every female. They’re also a terrible person who has been banned from multiple casinos for abusive behavior, but pointing that out was bad form apparently.
Nobody is comparing the evidence and saying they’re the same. I’m saying that the claim that every single time there’s drama over a streamed game it’s about a woman is not accurate.

Poker bunny basically behaves like Hellmuth at the table. Clovis has gone hard at Hellmuth, but has defended Bunny. The double standards go both ways.
Clovis has been out of line, but some of the arguments have been just lol. The chair thing especially. The amount of power needed to shake that chair like that is several magnitudes greater than the buzzer that you’d put in a cheating device could make. My washing machine doesn’t shake that much on an unbalanced load spin cycle. Combine that with a lady that is vibrating and fidgeting in her chair on every big/tough decision, and Occam has something loud to say.
I in no way believe that CW has these doubts because of misogynistic colored glasses, but I believe his opinion has been heavily influenced by the groupthink of the poker world, and that pool IS deeply misogynistically tinted.

I didn’t follow the Poker Bunny thing very closely at all because I thought it was petty and stupid from what I saw. It appeared there was plenty of blame to go around, but I don’t know enough specifics to have much of an opinion on it.
It’s within the range of plausible explanations. It’s not made up that such text messages are out there concerning other players.
This is a very weird post. Her net worth or non poker success have zero influence on this hand.
Knowing she literally didn’t put $1 toward her own buyin actually goes against her “success.”
From fellow players in Aussieland and USA it seems their poor behavior is based on legitimate mental health issues rather than Hellmuth just being a duck, but if you’re abusive enough to be banned from multiple venues this just isn’t a good enough excuse.

I can’t remember if it was here or on Twitter where someone said she had a staking deal where she gets 50% of the profit and doesn’t have to share in any of the losses, which I think is not unusual for a one-time deal with no make-up. This is not some proof that she’s not rich. If you think rich people don’t take freebies, I’ve got a PPP loan with your name on it.
