I think calling the flop with the Jc isn’t insane. Of course, it becomes much less relevant on the turn.
Well it becomes relevant when you have Jack high and you’re trying to figure out what they’re shoving with
if you are certain he is bluffing, the Jc blocks a lot of stuff, 87 ends up being his most likely hand, this does not block KQ but there are not a lot of reasonable A flush draw combos.
Even if you are getting buzzered that you are good, this is one you gotta let go that was a big overbet and you’re still not ahead by a lot, eat it and move on. If you’re just **** that guy which we’ve all seen someone do that then well or way too greedy.
These people man, you can cheat and just do it in marginal spots and rake in all the money and it’ll be a long time before anyone notices but nope you gotta make sick hero calls for no reason.

Have none of you ever gone on complete monkey tilt before? I think I once took down a huge pot on party poker at $10/$20 with like Q high. Sometimes you make completely illogical moves with no basis in reality and htey pay off. Obviously if she’s doing this over hundreds of hands like potripper, yeah, she’s cheating. But if it’s just the one hand? Eh.

I never said I was good at poker. I could beat it back in like 2002-2006, but god damn the games were easy back then.
I don’t mash buttons. My reasoning may be wrong, but I always have a reason for everything I do that isn’t some sort of instant gratification pleasure-seeking.
I think he was questioning the assertion that you’ve never gone on tilt.
My tilt isn’t monkey tilt. When I tilt, I turtle up and play super-tight and super-passive. I never tilt in an aggressive way.

I know I’m different from most people. I’ve accepted that my mind works differently than other people and what seems obvious to me isn’t obvious to other people and vice versa.
