I also use an aeropress to make coffee, so I find a microwave indispensable as a means of heating up water. I guess I could use an electric kettle or something, but microwaves are more versatile.

Iām guessing itās nowhere near this awesome when English speakers try to imitate German or French.
When I was in Switzerland, I stepped in some dog crap that was on the sidewalk outside of a coffee shop. I went to ask the barista for a paper towel, but not knowing German, I just said āshitzen shoezenā. Maybe thatās actually how you say that in Swiss German, and not an imitation. Either way, he got the message.

Recently remodeled kitchen and got one of those instant hot water dispensers. That thing is the stone nuts.
