no, washing those away reduces how long the eggs stay fresh
I think we used to have a pot that we boiled eggs in a lot and it got coated with bit of a white layer/film/powder (calcium?) that was really hard to wash off.

Calcium carbonate and other minerals from the water. Clean with vinegar.

How do you feel about celibacy? Iāve found it surprisingly not bad.
I was wondering the same thing, since she mentioned a bf earlier. I thought there was an outside shot sheās got a bf and a husband, which Iām learning is way more common than I thought.

Itās just been in boiling water, thereās no rational basis to this. If you applied this level of hygiene to everything in your life youād instantly have a nervous breakdown. For example, the phone or keyboard youāre typing these posts on is guaranteed to be like five orders of magnitude filthier than that pot.

Instead, we are left with a proposal to expand the refundability of the CTC, creating a near-universal child allowance paid monthly to U.S. households (except for only the highest-income Americans). It would be another major expansion to the welfare state at a time when the social safety net already reaches millions of U.S. households. More cash in the pockets of low-income families has advantages for children, but a fully refundable CTC comes with unacceptable trade-offs, including employment disincentives, marriage penalties, and increased reliance on government for far too many Americans.
Look, money in the hands of poor parents might be good, but have you considered have you considered that people might rely on that moneyā¦ I mean rely on itā¦ the utter gall.
One rhetorical trick that you get with a flat cash payout instead of a tax credit is you can say that the cash is going to the child so there are no employment disincentives (unless the person wants child labor), nor marriage penalty.
