Personally I do them in a curiously blank state of mind but then immediately say, “well that was fucking stupid”. Last example was trying to flush a bunch of kitchen roll I knew was too big.
(Toilet was thankfully clean prior to putting the kitchen roll in so I reached in and grabbed it mid flush to prevent overflow.)
