If you’re as good as a leasehackr reg, then leasing is probably not bad at all. That’s not how the typical lease negotiation goes. And getting those kinds of deals does take substantial time and effort.

Are you under oath when answering these questions so that lying about being impartial would be perjury?
In my one experience on criminal jury duty the Judge was not letting people BS their way out. Went through selection for a murder trial and more than one non-native English speaker tried to pretend that they couldn’t understand the questions and he wouldn’t have any of it. No way you could have wiggled out with “defendant looks like a dick” (he did btw). My guess this was a special circumstance.

Prosecuting jurors for perjury has happened approximately never, unless maybe they’re like the current or ex wife of the accused or similar. And then it’s a maybe.
