i don’t get mad at much anymore, but youtube commercials that you can skip in 30 seconds but if you don’t are like 5 minutes long does it every time.
like, if your goal is to have me engaged during the commercial, making me find the remote to avoid a 5-minute delay ain’t the kind of engagement you want… 
The only media subscription I pay for that I feel I need is YouTube premium. It comes with YouTube music as well, which is as good as Spotify for my needs.

This might be among the nittiest of grievances, but I get extremely annoyed when purchasing something for say, $12.63 and hand a cashier a $20 bill along with three ones and they look at me like I’m from another planet and hand me back the 3 singles
What’s less likely? That a customer older than 5 doesn’t know 20 is a larger number than 12.63? Or that I want a fucking $10 back?

And now I’ve spent the last 15 minutes trying to get one fucking song from my computer (my up-hiking DJ set that was on the phone last year but inexplicably disappeared) onto my iPhone and as always when using iTunes (now Apple Music) I’m in a total blind rage.

No Apple, you fucks, I am not sure I want to remove all photos on my iPhone and replace them with photos from my computer, which is why the sync photos box is explicitly unchecked. But thanks for asking and scaring the shit out of me.
Finally got that one song on there, and for 10 minutes it wouldn’t play. Click the play button, nothing happens. Just don’t feel like it. And now it magically plays.

If I listen to music when I hike I inevitably go too fast and blow up so audio books and podcasts only for hiking.
It’s not even worth it. Transferring an audio file from your computer to an Apple product is a task of epic proportions.
I had a knockoff mp3 player that worked just like a thumb drive, ya drag files into the little folder and then they’re right there on your device, I miss that little guy so much.
I’m tryijg to avoid anger bc it wont help, but … my neighbor about a half mile away opened a sawmill.and his kiln makes an awful racket 24/7 when it’s fired up, and so my home which used to be dead silent but for the birds at times now has a low key industrial background for days at a time.
It’s a right to farm community which is probably a doubled edged sword. I likely have little recourse, but its that farming starus, no zoning, that lets me live off grid as i do (largely ignored by the town).

You can record straight from youtube.
You don’t need a device for that. Plenty of free sites will convert youtube to MP3 for you. But the youtube sound quality isn’t as good as a typical MP3. I did a blind comparison.
