9th Cir., 2-1, holds that open carry is protected by the Second Amendment even where a state allows concealed carry, strikes California’s law banning urban open carry and its licensing law for open carry in rural counties.
Even concealed carry gun nuts tend to think open carry guys are unhinged. At best they want attention.
Just insane. SCOTUS has gone from pretty much unanimously (accurately) holding that the 2nd amendment had nothing to do with individual gun rights, to now deciding that its scope has no bounds.
We have more restrictions on speech than on actual death machines.

I haven’t seen any details about the suspect who died from a self-inflicted gunshot other than “female in a dress with brown hair." I think female shooters are pretty rare aren’t they?
