SCOTUS hasn’t affirmed it yet, it would need to get appealed to them. This is some Trump appointed judge making laws from the bench. It will probably get to the supreme court and we’ll get to learn why you can be armed in some government buildings but not in others (hint: Judges don’t want guns in their courtrooms).
Judge feels entitled because of recent SCOTUS decision(s).
They’ve created a free for all in the lower courts. They may or may not limit their messes.
