That makes it exactly zero percent less infuriating. The lawyer is speaking on behalf of the family, and he can fuck all the way off too.
The words “out of reach” are doing a lot of work there. Putting something on a high shelf doesn’t keep 6 year olds away from it. I have witnessed mine push chairs around and climb to get damn near anything they want.
