I read some stuff about it, but if he puts up a 0.5 bpm as a rookie with good offense and makes all rookie team( semi- likely) you could probably get a decent haul for him in a trade as a 21 year old even if you think heās a locker room cancer which isnāt necessarily likely because his gf made him make some mistakes with his family.

I read all that, it seems like a crappy situation for him and his family. I donāt see how it affects him on the floor or his teammates.
Paul George was dating(engaged?) to his coachās daughter and knocked up a stripper and I donāt think it affected the team dynamics much at all so this hardly seems like a reason for a top 10 talent in the draft to fall to the 2nd round.
Iām getting the sense that sheās perceived as more controlling than Lavar Ball and that teams might believe sheās caused him to become socially awkward and maybe not someone who will fit into their locker room. It sounds like the red flag wasnāt the relationship itself so much as his inability to talk well about it in interviews. Part of it may be that they doubt his ability to perform under pressure when he couldnāt handle interviews.
Ja Morant is an example of how surrounding yourself with the wrong people can be a problem.

Clingan has a higher floor.
Hes a better passer and defender and has a higher basketball iq.
Edey runs the risk of not being able to guard in space and getting ate up in pnrās.
In short, Clinganās game translating is a more sure bet.

Edey scored a lot by being bigger and stronger, will he still be able to score a lot in the pros to make up for projecting to be a bad defender?
Clingan played great defense in college and showed the ability to pass better than Edey as well. Heās also younger.

OKC are pretty clear second favorites behind Boston after adding Caruso and now Hartenstein, especially with KCP leaving Denver.
Yeah the Thunder have made some good moves this off season. Plus they signed a couple of rotation guys to team friendly contracts (how 10-12 million a year is now team friendly is crazy).
yeah i guess they extended them a year before their rookie contracts were up which incentivized them to leave money on the table long-term. smart move by Presti, heās been killing it.
