It became a bit of a class struggle so to speak for Embiid to win this year. Some voters were willing to go to greater lengths to protest the previous years’ injustice.
Let’s face it Jokic may not have deserved his 1st MVP, but it’s close. He was absolutely the best player last year and this year, but giving him 3 in a row I guess went against what voters wanted.
