That wasn’t one of them either

I have not seen all M. Night movies but I haven’t hated any that I saw, including The Happening and The Village, both of which it seems people despise. I liked Unbreakable a lot. I also enjoyed Signs, do people hate that one?
If you can ignore how absolutely idiotic the twist is, I guess it’s passable.
6th Sense is good and if you don’t like it you’re wrong.
.
Ghost in the Shell
6/10
Hang over movie, nothing more really. Scarlett Johannson also did the flat affect in Under the Skin so nothing stands out in her acting.
Might watch this tonight if I can find it streaming free. What a movie
Praying with Anger - eh
Wide Awake - Rosie O’Donnell!!!
She’s All That - amazing
The Sixth Sense - GOAT
Stuart Little - a perfect movie, Michael J Fox
Unbreakable - amazing
Signs - eff the haters, love Joaquin and Maculay Culkin’s brother
The Village - if you cut the last fifteen minutes it’s a perfect movie, fantastic score, great dialogue and my boy Joaquin killing it
Lady in the Water - uhhh…did Shyamalan lose his damn mind?
The Happening - holy shit is he okay?
The Last Airbender - Really, someone check on M Night

Glass - goddamnit
I was about to tell you to fuck right off, but then I saw this is the live action version and not the anime, so I will allow it.
Signs had a few excellent moments in the first half. Everyone remembers how stupid the ending was, but I feel like if he was given a competent Corn Belt alien home invasion script he could have made something really great.
Tell you what I would do, I would have all the aliens just leave in the morning. Like in The Birds, no explanation, they just stop killing everyone for no reason. Maybe they’ll be back, who knows.
I get why people hate the ending, but it’s never bothered me
One of the many great things about The Birds is that Hitchcock never actually explains why the birds all decide to start fucking with us. It’s profoundly mysterious, and that’s why it’s so terrifying.
Child of God and As I Lay Dying were decent adaptations of the novels they were based on.
Child of God has an amazing performance by Scott Haze. Terrifying. The movie isn’t for everyone though.
Warning disturbing/violent.
Didn’t he use that ending with The Happening? It just sort of stopped and then implied it was gonna happen again?
George Lucas
American Graffiti
It was the wind!
Oh good one. I totally agree.
Robert Rodriguez and Sofia Coppola
Wtf. She has two masterpieces and a couple other great films.
I can’t understand liking one Robert Rodriguez movie. You either like a bunch of them or none of them.
