Did some research before my India trip

Watched Million Dollar Arm

Was surprised to see that it was fairly faithful to the true story- messed more with American side of the story (but still captured the essence).

Megan unrated cut now streaming on Peacock. HYPE!!! I am eager to see this tonight.

I am contractually obligated to post this every time this forum mentions Herzog (I drive by this TJs a lot).

Every Friday, the Criterion twitter account gives recommendations if you tell it a movie you like. I trolled them for weeks asking for a movie like Mandy, eventually they told me to go watch this really weird-ass movie with some voodoo elements but I had to bail out because of animal abuse onscreen, can’t remember the name of it. I’m not what the point is other than trolling the Criterion Channel is a fun Friday activity.

Lol do you think that was sincere or was someone finally like “all right you little shit” and suggested the weirdest thing they could pull from the office group chat

I think we were all trolling each other, basically.

Sounds like “Cannibal Holocaust” maybe

I got a thermonuclear spicy take: Brandon Cronenberg > David Cronenberg. Infinity Pool is amazing, Mia Goth is the Barbara Crampton for a new generation, this guy Brandon is going to make some movies. Let’s Go Brandon, I say.

Watching From Russia with Love. Had to look up the robotic bad guy henchman. Can anyone guess who this is w/o looking it up or already knowing? You’ve definitely heard of him.

Best bond film. I find Goldfinger kinda boring but FRWL is perfection

Is it Rutger Hauer? Looking it up now.

EDIT: Rutger Hauer way too young, was 19 when FRWL was made.
