In what fucking world is it acceptable that there was a violent invasion of the US Capitol and like a year and a half later the DoJ is just now learning that Trump knew they were armed and wanted to join them? They are just now learning that WH lawyers feared (and stated) that Trump’s actions were criminal? Dept of Jagoffs

They truly think it’s more important to “not look political” than prosecute an obvious criminal who is guaranteed to do it again.

Garland has to fucking go if just now they are daring to speak Trump’s name out loud at DoJ and they were truly surprised by Hutchinson’s testimony. This has got to be the worst ever failure of the DoJ.
