I don’t really know too much comedy music, but I feel like maybe the hardest part was keeping it upbeat? Sorry to the haters for going obvious with Weird Al, but first of all he’s dope and most of all that was the only song I could land on that seemed hip-shakey, at least in theory. Everything else I remembered (most of it also pretty obvious) seemed less “upbeat.”
But not a real green dress, that’s cruel!!!
Honestly, this is about 11 places better than I thought I’d do in this category. Thanks everyone else for sucking so bad
@CanadaMatt3004 how would this have done in the comedy? lmao the thread @utube is great
Howard got robbed
I better prepare. Time for a training montage:
Ok, so, I told Master upfront that my submission wasn’t meant to be funny but the video edit is sorta funny. So I was fully ready to accept last place with a tip of the cap. But then, weirdly, I wasn’t last and, more weirdly, Master seemed to imply the music itself didn’t sound good? The G tech house track OAT didn’t sound good?
I’ll just assume he listened to it on laptop speakers. While on the phone. In a wind tunnel. And wearing earplugs. While taking his family on a National Lampoon style road trip and enduring his kids fighting in the backseat. Which is fine. I’ll check my privilege of having an ideal listening environment.

Final reveal tonight? Hope your interviews have been going well!
I appreciate that. They have been going well. Im hoping to hear that I have a third interview sometime early this week.
My son has a saxaphone performance tonight so final reveal is tomorrow.
I’m getting trolled.
Dijon ketchups itt.
Your only concern should’ve been that it might not be ‘uptempo’ enough.
On that note, despite my performative complaining I actually love the trollish nature of Master’s surprising picks.
Like,
Master: Pick a song I can sing along to.
People: * picks songs *
Master: No, I meant Mongolian throat singing. Duh!
Srsly though, I recommend people give that a listen if you find the time. It’s so beautiful it might ruin you.
What was his move score?
That was my concern, actually, along with the offbeat Canadian humor.
I actually saw them this summer when they opened for Hootie. They were fantastoc
