The budget today is pretty progressive. I am impressed.
I think a lot of it is just that Harper moved the Overton window so far right. Even with all this new spending, Federal government expenditures are still 2% of GDP less than under Mulrooney.

This is interesting. As far as I know CanCon also means things like who was behind the scenes, who gets the revenue etc. I donāt think it would be the worst idea for that to be Canadian with respect to pornography.
Iām undecided on CanCon, in general. I can see both sides of it.
Like most everything else, porn is easily Canadianized AND improved by simply adding maple syrup.
