LOL LAW

I hope the current generation of law students just laughs openly through all their classes.

I buy into these arguments for why the DoJ should be involved in the Carroll case.

Yeah, it’s a no-brainer, and probably malpractice to not do so.

Somebody had fun writing the explanation of an MRI machine in that article.

I understand someone like Mueller She Wrote endlessly spews this hopium to promote a podcast or whatever cash-grab, but does Eisen have anything he’s shilling? Maybe he enjoys the exposure, and I guess some people get caught up in it and can’t control themselves. Someone posted this in the replies, Norm’s been at this for a while:

Gaetz came out publicly like yesterday saying DOJ told him he’s not getting indicted or whatever and DOJ when questioned had no comment so I do not know wtf he is on about

That .01% of assets fine is sure to leave a mark!

Anyone following the Murdaugh Murder trial? I’m on calls and have it on with the sound down.

Dude has taken the stand, cried, had snot come out his nose and according to Twitter told some pretty obvious whoppers. I’m not versed enough to know what’s critical.

Idk when cross starts. That’s prolly worth watching.

Yes.

Three key facts bury him:

  1. He lied about not being at the murder scene at the time of the murder in several police interviews until a recording emerged that squarely identified his voice.

  2. His shirt had misted blood which typically only transfers if one is within the blast radius of a GSW.

  3. His clothes had a significant amount of gun shot residue.

He also stole millions of his clients’ money from his law firm over a period of years to feed his opiate addiction (which he also kept secret).

I have read some takes on the prosecutors not doing great in a couple areas. One lawyer said their opening did not lay out a road map of the evidence that was going to be presented. Secondly they are focusing more on the financial crimes than the murder.

Only testimony I have seen is him talking about taking 70 plus 30mg oxy a day.

Haven’t heard about this before but I’ve noticed that in addition to this other evidence, his name sounds suspiciously like MURDER
