I mean whatever he signed wouldâve been overturned by SCOTUS. After all, theyâve just showed that theyâre willing to overturn longstanding federal law to remove rights from groups they hate.
Nothing short of a constitutional amendment wouldâve protected abortion from this and there was no way it was gonna pass.
