This isn’t alarmist - it was our first thought. Owner emailed proof of current rabies vaccination. Also received a bouquet of flowers in the mail.
I don’t think we have a low-content office thread, but here are some things of note:

Working from home full-time now, I am realizing that my (at work) office chair must be really good. I get super uncomfortable and sore after sitting in my (at home) office chair for several hours. Still not willing to drop >$300 to improve that situation though.

Sharing internet traffic between me, my wife, and my trying-to-do-schoolwork-from-home kids is really clogging things up. (I’m guessing that’s in addition to whatever toll my neighbors are taking on our internet access.) This makes it super annoying when trying to transmit big files. I just complained to an administrator that it’s complete bullshit to be sending 50MB documents over email, particularly when that document is a 40 page pdf of a single student’s application. Shockingly, administrator did not seem to care, because we can just zip files like that.

Can you go to the office and get your office chair? I went in and grabbed my keyboard after realizing that I hate my Razor mechanical keyboard for typing anything longer than a direction command in Minecraft…
This is a good idea that I hadn’t thought of. I had also been missing some textbooks, but not enough to go there and get them. I will definitely consider it, not do it, and continue to complain.

I’ve been groaning since I was in my teens. It’s important for good balance, and releases endorphins.
I’ve been more the moaning type since my 30s when I first realised that cyclical changes happen at a much faster rate than permanent progress.
Why oh why do we have to go through this shit AGAIN?
Don’t want to start a new thread so I figured I’d ask here. My lease is up at end of the month. I can either renew or move to Tennessee and stay at a buddy’s house. I live in Florida. Not sure if leaving the state is a good idea. I’d have to get a new DL and plates, etc. Rent in TN would be 50% what I’m paying now. That’s the only reason I’m thinking of going.
Would you have to right away? I assume you would have a certain number of months of a grace period even under normal circumstances.
If that’s the only thing stopping you, I’d go.

Under most circumstances you can go way way way past the grace period for plates and DL and nobody gaf. Like basically until they expire. There’s no way to police it and little reason to enforce it.
