Not a shock. There have been plenty of stories about him groping women during pictures and being an all around creep with women.
I’m fairly certain I’ve heard those sorts of stories for over a decade.
I would think chess is a bigger concern for the men’s rights activists, what with the queen been so powerful and all. Obviously the Radical feminists are to plan.

- How does it prove that?
- Even if it does prove that, there is no reason to assume that bolded is true in every case. I have no doubt it is true in some case. Even many cases. All cases is a different matter.
There really should be American Chess where the white pieces are never punished for bad moves and the black pieces can’t leave their half of the board.

Honestly this has a lot of promise as a skit. Maybe one black piece can leave its side but it has to put on a white covering (sold separately) and for five moves it is forced to hold in place, confused about what it is supposed to do now. On the sixth move, it just becomes another white piece and can begin capturing black pieces with force.

If I were going to turn this into a comedy skit, it’d be about a white queen named Karen complaining about the (legal) moves the black pieces are making.

Yes, serious critics of structural racism have an agenda for economic as well as cultural reform. But that agenda isn’t what’s being advanced: Chuck Schumer will take a knee in kente cloth, but he isn’t likely to pass a major reparations bill, the white liberals buying up the works of Ibram X. Kendi aren’t going to abandon private schools or bus their kids to minority neighborhoods. And in five years, it’s more likely that 2020’s legacy will be a cadre of permanently empowered commissars getting people fired for unwise Twitter likes rather than any dramatic interracial wealth redistribution.
I am a cynical conservative, so you can dismiss this as the usual reactionary allergy to the fresh air of revolution. But it’s also what an old-guard leftism, of the sort that Bernie Sanders attempted to revive, would predict of a revolutionary movement that has so much of the establishment on board.
The destiny of liberalism, for some time now, has looked like handshake agreements among corporate, academic and media power centers, with progressive rhetoric deployed either reassuringly or threateningly, depending on what’s required to keep discontented factions within the elite in line.

“Not about sex” is a slogan rebutting the notion that rapists act out of magnified or uncontrollable lust. If the slogan is all you’re going on, it’s going to cause confusion (do we expect rapists to target people irrespective of gender?), but in the proper context it’s much more understandable.
You can of course get into whether sex and power are truly separable etc, but still.
I had a sketch idea for a fake commercial promoting headache medicine.
A black guy and his dog are playing in the park on a beautiful sunny day. Some random white lady is watching from a bench while she’s eating lunch or whatever. The dog escapes his leash and the dog owner starts playfully chasing the dog around the park. A cop shows up and shoots the dog and the owner. The white lady on the park bench tweets about it and takes headache medicine.
My comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek.
My point was the idea that rape or assault are just men trying to get laid is sort of silly when the rapist is a porn star who gets laid all the time. This is common idea among the incel community.
Like all things, it’s obviously more complex than that. Rape motivations vary but power and misogyny are often at the core. It’s rarely about actual sex. Sex is just the tool to impose power.

My ex knew him pretty well, worked with him a lot, said he was a super nice guy from her experience. I was all excited I might get to meet him, but I guess they haven’t talked in over a decade. She said he was turning into a hermit. Although apparently still getting out to clubs occasionally to rape women.
He is pretty famous for being a real scumbag to women and breaching boundaries at will.
