Warren is certainly more electable than the usual hot garbage candidates the DNC foists on us, though that’s not saying much.

She’s part of why Bernie didn’t get in. Everybody but Biden dropped out and she stayed in just to split the Bernie vote. She never had a chance. She merely existed to be a spoiler for him.
Couldn’t bring myself to say that to a Warren supporter. Probably be called a sexist pig or something like that.

Honestly I think maybe we just need a candidate who throws out a lot of socialist dogwhistles but doesn’t explicitly call himself a socialist. Kind of like how the Republicans do with racism. At least until the olds die off.

If you think Warren spent the last two decades fighting Wall Street including being a constant thorn in Obama’s side, and then ran one of the most progressive campaigns in history, all in order to “split the Bernie vote,” then yes you might want to do a little bit of self-reflection as to why your internal biases align that way.

I wonder if Sanders embraced the democratic socialist label, even though some socialists on here say that the term is inaccurate and he is to the right of that ideology, because he was a bit of an edgelord back in the day and was quasi-trolling.
She either stayed in to be a spoiler, doesn’t actually believe what she claims to believe, or is just really, really bad at interpreting poll numbers. None of those options are good.

Former Republicans who were that because they “best supported the markets” and left the party for not having a conservative enough approach to the markets are people who I would prefer not to run the country.
