He looks like a midwestern grandpa off to enjoy a football game in the first week of fall. That doesnāt look like cold winter attire at all.
Iāve mentally resigned myself to a tory majority. Iām hoping itās <=20 seats. I reckon a 10 seat majority will tear boris (and the tories generally) to pieces when the rubber hits the road on brexit and without the specter of spooky corbyn to hold the rebels in line. A 50 seat majority and weāre all fucked (like no NHS fucked) hung parliament would be nice but I worry that would give boris an out when he inevitably crashes and burns. Any corbyn government would obviously be incredible but Iām not seeing it.

I just donāt think itās possible to have a left wing government and a billionaire owned media system at the same time.
Polling significantly underestimated the Labour vote last time and I donāt see any reason to suspect thatās changed, but I agree a Corbyn government isnāt happening. Itās fucked.
The heavy rain predicted tomorrow for large parts of the country probably wonāt help the turnout of young people reach the kind of numbers that Labour need.
The YouGov poll, which last time out actually gave Labour more seats than they in fact got, is predicting 339 for the Tories. Hung parliament in the margin of error, though. Slim pickings to be optimistic about.
