Freedom Day tomorrow - how exciting.
Obviously Johnson’s ‘use’ of the pilot scheme is just the usual cynical elitism, but the actual scheme seems a sort of proper dystopia. Resources mobilised not to prevent disease, but just so people can still work even when under threat of COVID though they can do literally nothing else. Work until you might die and continue to spread it, otherwise lock yourself up.

With all the Walrus players here surely one of our UK champs can answer what song will the UK public try to get to number one this summer to drown out our Covid-19 gloom. (They tried Vera Lynn last summer)
