In fuck the BBC news, just heard the lunchtime summary on Radio 3. Main story is that the Nurses Union is gearing up to strike after the 1% pay offer. Whole bulletin is 5 minutes, they spend maybe 45 seconds on that. Only person interviewed is some random nurse theyāve found who says she is just grateful for a job and doesnāt want a pay rise. Jesus Christ.
