We had a lot of trouble in the outskirts of the city tonight with an Irish Unity march going on, then the Loyalists came. All good now but it was a bit hairy.
England has totally fucked over Scotland on so many levels that anyone with any sense of fairplay would be rooting for the Scottish. Itâs just a pity that England has screwed them over so badly resource wise.
Sure. I wouldnât blame them but they should first stop electing Tory MPs.
Yeah itâs rather unfortunate that the English infultrated Scotland with their Schooling practices and education about England and English ways. A lot of Scots still donât realise that we are taught from an English perspective and in turn brings about a more favourable perspective for the Bastards.
I know you want the best for all Jalfrazi even if some donât.
2 arrests from last night, sad

Speaking in Glasgowâs George Square, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said: âIâm proud to be here with all of you supporting that, to say to Boris Johnson no way, itâs our Parliament.
âNo way do you take us out without a deal - we will stop you and give the people their rights and their say to determine their future.â
He said he is backing the protests all over the country, adding: âDemonstrations are taking place everywhere because people are angered and outraged about what is happening.
âAngered that the government and a prime minister elected by 93,000 members of the Tory party is trying to hijack the needs, aims and aspirations of 65 million people.
âWell think on Boris, itâs not on and weâre not having it.â
The show this afternoon has been completely stolen by a little boy walking around with a hand written âBoris is a jobbieâ sign, which he has now turned into a chant.
Gruel it is then.
This post Brexit wonderland is sounding more enticing every day.
Do lefties think the rhetorical mode of whining about hypothetical hypocrisy is persuasive, or is it just a tic? Intuitively, I would expect it to be more effective to say that this is an anti-democratic coup, not to say that tories or whoever would call it an anti-democratic coup if similar things were done by labour. Maybe it plays better to people who already agree with you?
I tend to find itâs an American thing from the left & in the UK it tends to be right wing opinion pieces that do it too.
We the left in the UK usually just get on with it and try to get something done/passed. Alough in recent years I can see youâre point coming to the forefront more often than the past.
