I kind of mutter them inaudibly. No one else would probably be able to hear it, but my lips move. I went with yes.
The reason is that it keeps you honest. Sometimes you have a couple of possibilities floating around in your head. If you donât actually say one, itâs easy to convince yourself that you would have said the correct one. Or that you would have made up your mind fast enough. On the other hand if you actually say it, then there is no bullshitting.
