A google of Pete Williams news links articles in theblaze and Washington examiner about the IG āscrewing up at every levelā. Iām not clicking on those sites but based on his allowing Barr to say anything without holding him accounting, Iām assuming the worst.
Even the msm has toads hidden all over the place.
Hereās what I think the Democrats need to do in a televised impeachment proceeding. They need to maneuver a Republican witness into pleading the Fifth on national television.
This is why the Mueller Report should be made to figure into impeachment proceedings. Reportedly, the Mueller investigation was stymied in part by witnesses invoking their Fifth Amendment rights. Dems need to figure out who did so under what line of questioning and get them to repeat their performance for TV cameras. Sure, pleading the Fifth is their right and it is technically not an admission of guilt, but this is political theater and the optics of it are horrible for Republicans.

No one is pleading the 5th. They are either not testifying or just flat out lying like Nunes/Collins/Jordan.
I would be very not surprised if I drew a picture of Mitch and got a scholarship to an art school.
