Have to factor in when this market might settle as well. Predictit has a history of dragging out seemingly straightforward resolutions for weeks or even months. Give them a clusterfuck like this and they might just keep all the money.

The campaigns all have people at every precinct recording the results. those people send the results separately to the campaigns. Pete happened to have a captain at every single Iowa precinct (1679, i think). Iām sure Bernie and warren did too, with the way their ground games were. They have the numbers.
