I am getting worried about the lack of results and āquality controlā thing.
On MSNBC earlier they were speaking to a non-viable Pete supporter who said she was moving to Yang along with some Bernie defectors - but Bernie was viable in round 1, so she said the Bernie people couldnāt stay. It just seemed like there was a lot of confusion about the rules.
On top of that, at a different precinct they showed a group of people trying to calculate how many delegates to award to each candidate based on their vote totals. Again, old people are going to screw that up consistently.
I wouldnāt be surprised if there were serious mistakes made in lots of precincts.

The DNC canceling Iowa caucus is actually drawing live. Or maybe iāve had too many SPIKED SELTZERS (and not the poll kind). This waiting period is killing me. Iowa was already like 95% reported at 2016 at the point. WTF is this QUALITY CONTROL AOIHOINcibweiBNWEIKCBNWECL

Quality control in polling usually means something is wrong - bad data or actual tabulation issues

So thereās a calculation based on how many people show up at a spot to see how many caucusers you need to be āviableā
Then thereās another calculation based on how many people showed up at your spot and how many people showed up total to figure out how many delegates to award to these āviableā candidates?
And the people doing the math at both steps may not know the actual rules? I mean like, I donāt, so what are the chances they do?
This somehow seems like both the most transparent and easiest process to screw with at the same time.

Yeah. I saw something similar at another precinct. Traditional ranked choice voting seems far superior to this setup.
