The establishment is apparently ratfucking Bernie Sanders by rigging the election in such a way that their preferred candidate, Joe Biden, loses badly.
The actual vote numbers are much lower though, so there must be large precincts not reporting, right?

Yeah but Bernie, for example, has 1900+ votes reported in the 33 first rounds vs 1300 in the 30 “both” - so the 3 precincts reporting round 1 but not round 2 have almost half as much support for Bernie as the other 30.
