Messi is so weird right now. I didn’t watch a lot of barcelona this year, but man he basically doesn’t run as far as I can tell. He’s great at distribution obviously, but he has to be a massive liability in defense.
Oh barca didn’t really defend this year. They had a ton of guys who didn’t break a jog.
They were the best team in LA Liga in the second half and probably win if Fati doesn’t get hurt though.
Messi has never in his life done anything but walk when his team doesnt have the ball. Defense is beneath him

It’s always been the lowest of any professional I’ve ever see without possession. He was constantly making runs and has been active when his teammates have the ball though so maybe that has dropped off too, I never watched any La Liga this year

I can’t believe Arg is gonna win with Messi playing like shit.
Not really a brazil fan (lol 7-1) but that seemed like horrendous officiating in stoppage time.
5 minutes of stoppage time, multiple fouls / delays and the ref blew the whistle seconds before we got to 5 min w/ Brazil just going on the attack, also the last big run Neymar was literally grabbed several times going up the field just very obviously, and also the argentinian player on the ground just controlled the ball with their arm. All after a fairly ticky-tack handball call the other way about 2 minutes prior.
You’re not supposed to add time because there was a foul. You can if you think the afters are deliberate time wasting. Those Neymar fouls at the end weren’t the easiest advantage play ever, but they were fine.
