That being said I’m happy to admit I was wrong about them starting an official inquiry. I sincerely hope it is a great success and I am wrong assuming the Dem gameplan is all for show. I guess we will see what happens.

I don’t see why acting like a mob boss when he got elected acting like a mob boss is gonna change anything among R voters but what do I know. I guess it might matter if all the trump flags that popped back up near me get taken back down. They’ll still support him ofc but at least they’d be ashamed to display it.
Also this is just an inquiry, we’re still not past well here’s what we found and well it looks like most of the country doesn’t care about any of that (which will be true) so we’re not gonna impeach.
He has over 90% approval in his party, two cable networks and countless churches at his back and a good economy (for now). They’re not abandoning him this term if ever.

Meh, it has nothing to do with having a soul. All the off-the-record comments are variations of “it’s no fun being the minority party, and it’s obvious we’re not retaking the house next term.” And the unspoken part is “time to cash in on that sweet, sweet, lobbyist cash.”
