Yeah I said it before but there’s nothing in the actual law that says he can’t be indicted. Mueller is completely and utterly full of shit. They don’t even need to pass anything at all for clarity. GOP can just indict the next Dem president under the laws that are already on the books. Ken Starr was very close to indicting Clinton until COACH KAV (!) talked him out of it. It’s a little different because of independent vs. special counsel but the principle is the same. Under the current rules, I suppose you’re protected so long as the DOJ and AG are in your back pocket. The whole point is that none of the fucking laws matter if you are a spineless coward that doesn’t (even try to) enforce them.
Can’t believe I was one of the idiots poo-pooing people trying to keep her from becoming Speaker again. I’ve never been more wrong. I actively hate her nowadays.

Sorry guys I really feel for all decent Americans atm. After the recent developments and the Mueller report being based on this exact thing and some—like how did a whistle-blowers information even get out to the DOJ or the WH is a major fail and with that I now believe that every department head in the US government has had its phone call with Barr.
Clovis may say otherwise or that I’m spreading conspiracy theories. But to me Putin has won for now and seeds are sown in the distrust of the American legal system all around the world.

Tbf… Most Dem posters on the old forum from what I remember were for Pelosi, very few didn’t want her there. I wanted to see the progressive that challenged her to beat her ass as I just knew $ make it and the poor pay for it.
I’ll add that I didn’t think she would be this lenient on Trump after hearing the views of most all posters on the old forum.
