I think what happens is after whatever fallout from the trump admin has run its course - the democrat party will fracture into two, and one moderate/establishment wing becomes the “new” republicans and the AOC/socialist wing of the party becomes the new left. Maybe by a new party, maybe republicans stay as trumpist but stop getting taken seriously once he’s gone. I (sincerely) hope he is just a fluke that has created a cult of personality that will die with him.
That’s about the best we can hope for at this point. So disgusting.

That might be the best we can hope for, but I don’t see any reason to think it’s what will happen. I think we’re at least as likely to get a competent Trump who destroys the Dems such that the ultra-conservative never-Trumpers are the new Left, and the straight up ethno-nationalists are the new GOP.
Trump’s fallout will last decades though. Even if RBG makes it to Jan 2021, no way does Moscow Mitch allow a Dem POTUS to pick a judge. Hasn’t something like 1,500 conservative judges been sworn in under Trump anyway? The damage is already done.

Trump has 152 federal judges. Obama got a 329. Trump is on a better pace, but it’s nowhere near what he’s making it out to be in his tweets.

1st time I agree with this, when I was nieve I said at the start she wouldn’t do shit on the old old forum and peeps said to wait and see as she has a plan.
Her plan all along imo is to defeat Trump at the Fixed/Rigged/gerrymandering GOP ballot box.
Watching this shitshow is like when I 1st started playing Internet poker and all these TV Professionals where saying that they could also do it, well how did that work out for them, I see parallels here in that she thinks it’s the same game that has moved forward with technology and young guns taking all there buy-ins.
