Iâm a little confused about the 12â step test. I think it usually goes âup up down downâ and if each one of those counts as 4 steps, 120 steps/min would be 30 per minute or one every 2 seconds.
I fell like that would be easy for a while but keeping that up for a full 5 minutes might be pretty hard unless youâre in good cardio shape.
