ICE: it's really bad and getting worse

Again, very much this.

Even if you ignore that, he keeps his dog in the same place for hours at a time and loses his shit when it happens to move. Like it’s a prop rather than a family member.

That’s too bad, I’m under the impression that there are parts of Memphis that are actually pretty bad and could use the help. I mean, assuming that was actually the point and not just to take pictures of the skinny guys in their gear walking around a parking lot.

I’m not going to sit and argue this but this doesn’t happen. You all are getting this info from people who are nazis, sex offenders and then Ethan who have been clipping Hasan out of context about things for months and months before the dog stuff and trying to get him deplatformed.

This is the 2nd dumbest use of the word “dox” on the site.

This thread caused me to go down a minor rabbit hole on the Hasan controversy and it seems >99% likely it was a vibration collar and the dog made a tiny yelp and RWNJs are attempting to cancel an ideological opponent over it.

I’m guessing you’re getting these takes from the livestreamfail reddit or twitter. You should stop doing that. As prana says, there is a vast network of people whose sole purpose in life is to slander and attempt to deplatform this guy, the most popular leftist streamer on the internet. Gee, I wonder why?

In the real world he takes his dog for exercise every morning, prefers her to rest on the bed because it’s better for her joints, and there is zero evidence of him ever using a shock collar. The worst clip I could find was a years old clip of him pulling one of his older dogs by the tail for a few seconds to remove it from an aggressive situation.

memphis isn’t that bad. Violent crime is down pretty significantly, but there have been a couple of high-profile cases of “disorder” (people drag racing and doing donuts in touristy areas of downtown) that suburbanites are still talking about a year later as if they happen 4 times a day. The only reason that the national guard and the fed task force is here is that a local talk radio guy (clay travis) got a white house press pass and asked trump to send them.

I’ve seen the endless donuts thing in the middle of intersections a couple times myself in Oakland, but not until like after midnight. I’ve seen it once where someone was spinning for a minute or so (a long time for a donut) and a cop arrived and just ran the siren for a second, the donutter drive off and that was it.

Anyway, point being, and not that donuts are the end of the world, they might be more common than you imagine. Individual donut events aren’t really newsworthy.

oh yeah it happens but it’s usually spread out all over, and it does happen constantly and there’s a constant low-level “the cops let em do it” sort of grousing about it, whcih is 100% understandable.

In this one case, though, the fact that it happened near beale street, there was a huge crowd (it was like a world series of street donuts), and of course that it was all black kids sent all the lawnmowers into orbit.

In Atlanta the street racing and donuts were constant during Covid, and still happen quite a bit in Midtown overnight. During the height of it all, they had to set steel plates in intersections just to make it impossible, and they even closed Edgewood Ave to vehicle traffic at night (major party street, or at least it was).

I think the phenomena really got going in Oakland during covid too. I guess it was just those areas being relatively shut down for a while.

(not that no one ever did donuts before, but not like this)

Yeah, there were a lot of Challenger SRTs coming from all over the southeast specifically to live out GTA fantasies. I saw multiple police chases in person. Wild times.

This lady is PISSED. Video. Profanity.

one more thing on the memphis “operation” - even though there are a lot of ICE agents here, they aren’t doing anything even remotely like the kidnapping shit they’re doing in chicago. They’re just pulling people over with busted taillights and writing tickets (you can tell they’re lying about the arrests because if they were actually busting “hardened criminals” and “gang members” they’d be plastering their mugshots all over the news asking why radical leftist democrats want to protect them).

I suspect this is because they know that the terror tactics will keep a bunch of undocumented people home, which is bad for business. Hurting Prtizker’s economy = good, hurting Tennessee’s economy = bad.

I was dreaming local cops would arrest ICE agents, but it’s the other way around. Goose cooked.

maybe this is the real civil war if these guys just start blasting at each other

cop on cop violence

they’re just inherently violent savages, it’s in their nature

They’ve arrested about a thousand people in Memphis and at least 173 just for “ICE administrative warrants”, which means kidnapped.

They are afraid in Memphis and some are staying home.

I know somebody in LA whose parents have self-deported.

The irony, of course, is that people with the wherewithal to head back to Mexico are overwhelmingly going to be law abiding.
