Healthcare USA #1

it’s against doctors specifically, and in the aggregate, actually

I’m not, just the bad ones, of which there are many

this is a really disingenuous read, it was analogizing doctors to politicians (as has already been pointed out to you), which seems perfectly apt as both groups get way more deference from society than they deserve

ok

He was just taking a dumb shot at doctors. Nothing more

this

say what you will about ikes, he gets it

I mean, I would take issue with it being a “dumb” shot but I’m not looking to change Surf’s mind here or anything

Lol first names and cuppas. Sounds like some First World Medicine problems to me. I went to a consult seeking help for a debilitating illness and was accused of being on drugs. Bipolar doc might not even make it past the phone call to set up the appointment in USA#1.

Medicare cutting rates by 4.4%, think it’s some issue that never gets fixed and it’s broken again.

That’s… not sustainable.

Or crack… not that the two are necessarily unrelated

Portugal looking pretty good with all drugs decriminalized.

Too bad Carter couldn’t have prevailed in ‘80 and saved the country from Reagan.

I blame John Hinckley.

Should have never been released.

Jokes aside, the fall from Carter to Reagan was much worse than Obama to Trump imo.

Worth noting that these graphs would be essentially the same if you replace Reagans picture with that of Paul Volker

I’ve been thinking about the healthcare system today and where we’re headed . Enjoy the healthcare system we’ve got, because these are the good old days. This shit is going to collapse in the next few years, and the GOP will repeal the ACA as soon as they get a trifecta.

We’re probably going to end up with a cash system for the poor and middle class. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor don’t even have access to care, never mind actually being able to get it and afford it.
