Was about to point out that Labor Day was invented as an alternative to the other holiday that celebrates workers, May Day, which is definitely a Communist holiday. Then I remembered that everyone here knows that and I experienced some angst at my inability to avoid being contrary.

My favorite thing about Labor Day is that we celebrate it in September, even though everyone else celebrates it in May because of an event that actually happened in the United States. We’re just too scared of socialists to run it in May too apparently.

Absolutely nothing will happen.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the end result of the audit is that the $3.5 million was a scam, like they moved som money in and out so she could claim a massive donation total to own the libs.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the country club republicans allowed MTG to be thrown under the bus, while of course blasting the Dems for doing it the whole time.

Let’s see if court gives them standing or decides you can even sue the state for it.
I would love it if the courts shot down their nonsensical framing but I have little hope.
Hopelessly naive and a complete waste of time.
The only response here is political. You pack the court, add states, end gerrymandering and pass laws taking electoral power out of the hands of state legislatures.
