Is it wrong to hope these 3 all get covid and die?
There is literally no escape, if MTG somehow gets Covid and dies (which she will not, because of course she secretly got vaccinated because getting vaxxed and hiding it so other people wont get vaxxed is the most selfish thing to do, so that’s almost certainly what she did) then for the next 20 years her image will pop up constantly in the derposphere as a martyr who was killed by the Demonrats because they forced her to be close to contaminated vaccinated people blah blah blah. The only thing that would get MTG out of the political discourse is if she somehow makes a massive misstep and accidentally says or does something that shows some empathy or administrative competence. THEN the deplorables would throw her under the bus because she’s a phony and a traitor, etc.
Tapper pushed back a little there but he should have been a LOT more aggressive.

Hasn’t this been the problem for the last few decades? I was going to put years but it just didn’t seem sufficient.
I think collins in particular is tough to push back on because everyone has this instinct to be nice and helpful to frail old ladies but of course this instinct predates the advent of 500 year old people in general, much less women, running the government. she should absolutely be bullied here just like every other politician.
Listening to Collins there and seeing her I thought she was pushing 80. Not even 70. Too bad.
I just wanted to make ageist comparisons to Diane Feinstein.

Their entire identity is wrapped up in the idea that they are somehow oppressed and liberals want to destroy their way of life. I can’t go 30 minutes without seeing some RWNJ in my family posting a flag pic with the caption “FACEBOOK says the American FLAG is offensive and is taking down pictures of it. WELL I FOR ONE am not afraid to show my pride in my country and DARE them to take it down. SHARE if you are with me.” As always it’s hard to separate the true believers from the KAYFABE actors, but the damage is the same either way.
